Anastasia is an advanced Therapeutic and Deep tissue specialist, passionate about functional movement and helping her clients to maintain personal levels of physical well-being, fitness and a pain free lifestyle.She has been practicing massage therapy for over 4 years. Within her practice she treats people who have both sedentary and active lifestyles. Treating photographers, dancers, lawyers, parents, climbers, cyclists’ runners, office workers, NHS workers, musicians, and many others that tend to build up excessive tension and stress in their daily routines. Anastasia has an active lifestyle herself - cycling, yoga, climbing indoors and outdoors, massage and sculpture are all part of her weekly routine.
