I turn up to my appointment at 5:20pm, 10mins before my appointment I also paid in advance. Called her twice she answered the 3rd time saying she is on her lunch break and not in the shop.

I don't really trust people with my hair but farzana was absolutely brilliant see done my hair beautiful such a very nice lady made me feel so comfortable thank u again I will definitely come back again 💯💯
