Was awkward and uncomfortable. Hair was cut all uneven, layers not blended at all, all cut free hand and never once checked to see if it was even. Went to 3 hairdressers afterwards and all agreed, had to go elsewhere and pay £40 to get it all fixed.
Been to trying to message salon direct but link on website doesn't work, finally got a response but again there is something odd about the email that cannot sent replies.
Truly an awful experience. Hair ruined and I have had to pay twice, so out of pocket.

I really enjoyed my massage and would highly recommend Farah’s! She was kind enough to not cut the time even though I was running late because of heavy traffic. A very calming and restorative experience!

Scary is the word I would use for my experience. Reminiscent of my mum cutting my hair with the kitchen scissors and just about as successful.
My hair is one inch longer on my right side and the scariest kitchen shears I have seen were used.
I should have trusted my instincts and left.
The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired with that lovely damp towel smell that lingers.
Cannot recommend this place.
