The environment was so friendly and the staff gave a step by step guide of what they were going to do and asking if I was okay. It was a lovely place and it was my first ever perm and they made it seem less scary. Would recommend this place for sure.

Staff were very friendly. Farah was run off her feet alas one of her employees had called in sick but she was great at multitasking. She took time to ask what I wanted for my haircut and delivered. I'll be back.

I've been going to Farah for almost 4 years. She cuts, styles really well and goes that extra mile to make sure I am happy with the cut. Her prices are the cheapest in Pinner and definitely value for money. She has really good hair advice and knowledge.
