Ok. Salon cancelled my appointment through the app without explaining why even though they'd already taken payment. I rang to see why and they told me I'd booked in for a past date. I double checked and I hadn't, they just didnt read the booking properly. They then told me to come at a different time to my original booking. Haircut was fine but didnt sit me down before the hair wash to ask what I'd like. Hairdresser kept trying to upsell another treatment throughout the haircut which was uncomfortable

Farah always makes time for her customer even if she is very busy and is mindful of their specific requirements. I feel relaxed and well looked after whenever I visit the Salon.
