Unfortunately this was my first not so good experience through treatwell. The place looks good and clean, the beauty technician was very nice and friendly but it hurt like nothing before. I am doing this for 10 years and I'm used to the moderate pain, doesn't bother me anymore. But this time it was so bad, almost told her to stop mid way. I can just imagine the wax was expired or very low quality. It just didn't peel off. She had to try at least 3 time for every strip of wax. It was really bad, and it hurt two days after. Change your products, this can't happen to someone else.

Was pushed back a bit because they were running behind which wasn’t a big deal. The space is very clean and well decorated. Staff were really nice and offered me a tea with my pedicure. I got the shellac pedicure and it looks really great. Would recommend this place!
