I had my hair cut here for the first time. (My previous hairdresser has unfortunately moved out of London): I was anxious going to a new hairdresser for the first time as I have very fine hair that can be difficult to cut well. Ekrem was not only reassuring but thorough in the way he cut and styled my hair for me. It was a pleasurable experience and the price was incredibly reasonable! No fears of going there again....recommend!

I booked a hot wax (lycon) brazilian but the therapist applied strip wax. She didn't speak English - I tried to explain that I'd booked for hot wax but it was clear she didn’t have it. So I asked for a bikini wax instead as I didn’t want a brazilian with strips, but she didn’t understand and carried on, with no gloves and she was blowing on the wax on the stick before putting it on. The strip of hair left was wonky and later that day I developed a very sore red rash with pussy spots - terrible!
