Welcoming, professional. The woman who washed my hair did a very perfunctory job. Not great. Overnight, my hair was greasy. And I have dry hair! Also the stylist was fantastic, very good at cutting and styling and pleasant to deal with.

I had called to see if I could come in, was told to come at a certain time, waited over 40 mins and then left. came back the next day still waited a couple mins even with appointment.
The lady washing my hair did not wash my hair properly.
