Happy with my nail extensions. Chose a colour which ended up looking different on my nails than it did in the bottle so the lady was happy for me to change my mind and chose another colour. Great service and friendly staff

Although the lady was very friendly and chatty, the experience was very painful after going over the same area a few times. Left a lot of wax on me after the treatment. Including on my arms (I didn’t even have these waxed!)
Towel laid on the bed was stained.
