My therapist was brilliant and thorough, Unfortunately, she was let down by bad management. I've been here twice, both times booking through Treatwell, and apparently they don't check their Treatwell bookings. The first time they were literally about to leave as I showed up for my appointment (one hour before they were meant to close); The second time, they double-booked my therapist. Luckily she was a true professional and gave me a thorough service, but let down by bad management.
