I had a good time in the Turkish Baths. I do wish the staff explained things better, I had to leave and ask when the treatment starts and from treatwell, it's described as a massage when in reality it's a skin scrub. extra time in spa was great

The massage was excellent. However the facial was not worth the 50 minutes. At least half of the treatment was the therapist giving me steam. Did not feel like a facial at all.

This was my first visit and will likely be my only visit. Staff area little unorganised, it would be beneficial if staff were better prepared for booked appointments that turn up.
