I have been here 3 times but this time it was a very disappointing waxing experience. The hot wax used was far too hot and left painful burn-like marks on my arms and private areas. My skin is extremely tender and I’m in a lot of pain. On top of that, while I was completely naked, a colleague was allowed to enter the room without my permission. When I asked for the door to be closed, the therapist laughed and made a comment about me being shy. Extremely unprofessional. I will not return. WTF!

The therapist was welcoming & explained what she was doing. She had a very quiet calm manner which made the experience very relaxing. The treatment room was comfortable. I would definitely go there again.
