Felt very rushed. In and out in a few minutes. The lady was ready to see me out the door and I had to ask for her to trim my eyebrows. This wasn’t done as a default. When I asked if she could trim it a little bit more, she passed me the scissors to do it myself. If I wanted to do it myself, I would have stayed home and saved my money. Do not recommend.

Treatment room was dirty, floor and bed were sticky with wax. Wax very hot and scratched when applied, wax was also very painful - these concerns were dismissed by the therapist. Hopefully a bad day but I won't be returning
