my appointment was for 12 noon, I arrived 11.55, there was nobody to great me. few people come and saw me in the receiption but nobody asked why I am there then after 20 min someone came and asked and then after 30 min I was offered the treatment, the lady job was fine and she was nice , I believe they work hard but there is no discipline at all, it may be becasue of Xmas time.

Overall I am happy with this spa. However, I arrived on time for my appointment that I had received a text message to confirm, but their system had the appointment as an hour later. I thought this was a bit clumsy, but I went to the stores while I waited.
The staff are not very engaging and chatty. Some of the staff are very nice, while others are a almost completely silent.
I like the middle beauty room and the laser room, but the first room is pretty ugly as far as beauty rooms go - zero ambiance. While the middle room is lovely, candles, art and plush towels.
The quality of their work is excellent and makes up for any lacking conversation or ambiance.

The staff do not communicate in a friendly way to the customers, however, they do their job very well which is good.
If i go back I would bring books, my Ipad or magazines to read because can be very boring as the staff is very quiet.

Massage and Facial were ok but nothing special or justifying to go so far out outside London, the facilities are small and both steam and sauna were out of order when I went. The management didn't feel the need to let me know before I made my way there that only part of my "spa day" would be available, they also refused to provide any compensation or rebooking so instead of a full afternoon relaxing there I ended up with an in and out experience. I will never go there again, it's not even good value for money, same prices for better services are available in central London.
