Had to wait 15 mins before being seen for my booked appointment.
Got booked in for shellac mani and eyebrows waxing at 7pm... even though they know how long this would take they offered this time (when the salon closes at 8pm), meaning half of the treatment was spent with all the staff cleaning around me -not very relaxing. It felt awkward being there as the staff clearly wanted to go home.
They also forgot I had an eyebrow wax booked which meant the wax machine was switched off so I had to have threading (which irritates my skin). Also, I have asked on several occasions for them to not pluck the majority of my eyebrows but they tell me they have to.. .I just want them threaded, I can pluck them at home! Other salons are able to thread my eyebrows without plucking so I don't understand why they can't, especially when I specifically ask them not to?!
Manicure was good however will not be returning for eyebrows. Lovely choice of OPI colours and hand massage too.

Very unorganized place the only thing i was happy about was my treatment.The therapist(poline) was very friendly , chatty and was absolutely fantastic with the massage&facial she did.
Easy and straightforward booking system. Easy to find previous bookings.

To be very honest, I didnt have a great overall experience.
They weren't prepared, when I was already on the massage table, I had to wait 10mins for them to get organised. The massage was average and facial was worse, I felt a trainee was working on me and didn't really know what she was doing. Further I was stuck with the same girl throughout the spad session and she was unfriendly, cold, and in no way professional.

Great staff and lovely place since they've updated it. However when I booked myself in for individual lashes infills (after getting full set done from them originally) they said I should have called to check if they could do it, as on here on Treatwell it offers same price as normal three lashes in one infills rather than individual infils. Which I then had to leave despite booking that infil appointment, and get manicure instead to equival out the payment that was already taken off.
