Arrived at the spa which looked really clean. I found out later that it had been refurbished. The staff we kind and understanding when my one month old baby started to play up. I was able to take my pram into the treatment room. The treatment was done well and professionally and the lady was lovely and friendly. Definitely a spa I would go to especially for facials.

I always love getting treatments done at fairmont. It's a gorgeous spa, great therapists, and the hot wax they use is really gentle on the skin.

It was good, but I felt like they din't make use of complete 1:15 mins they finished it early.
Otherwise it's a very good spa and staff are friendly
