The Fairmont Spa offers a variety of beauty treatments that you would expect from most beauty salons. It's not a luxurious place as it tries to present itself with the fish tank and the soft music, however it's fine for the treatments they offer. Their equipment and the decor of the place could do with some updating.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the treatments were - very good value. Therapists were experienced and it makes a difference. It was so lovely to have the Turkish steam bath and the Jacuzzi to just ourselves in most places you have to share. We were there between 4-5 hours and had a great day.

The best eyebrow threading I've ever had - she really listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I'll definitely go back again.

Arrived at the spa which looked really clean. I found out later that it had been refurbished. The staff we kind and understanding when my one month old baby started to play up. I was able to take my pram into the treatment room. The treatment was done well and professionally and the lady was lovely and friendly. Definitely a spa I would go to especially for facials.
