Had a great facial to clear my skin. It involved deep cleansing, blackhead removal with steam and tools. And then a face mask. There was a nice environment and was vey peaceful. Included a mini face, neck and hand massages.

This was a difficult experience to rate because whilst I was happy with my therapist and the treatment itself, I could not enjoy my massage as I was furious with the other members of staff. The reason being is that they sat outside my treatment room eating kebabs and having a very loud chat and giggle! This meant that I did not experience a relaxing ambience - and when I asked my therapist to ask them to mov or quieten down (which she did), they took so long to do that, that by the time the it was quiet, my massage was over!! Not impressed. When I came into the salon all three therapists were sat with their shoes off eating kebabs in the salon too - not exactly professional!
They knew I was due to arrive as they had my booking in their system, so I do think they should have eaten in the back out of view of customers or timed it when they knew clients weren't due to come in for a treatment!
