Staff were bossy and heavy handed with me, customer service experience wasn't good. Therapist kept putting wax over area that had already been waxed and so I have areas where the top layer of skin has come off. It felt as though she had no idea how to wax properly and would cover the entire area of skin with wax and then start removing it with the strip so the wax was on the skin far too long. Also I have fair hair so the fact you can't see the hair doesn't mean it's not there. Ended up with strips where the hair was not removed. Just not a good service at all!

nice massage but you can hear people talking loudly & laughing outside the treatment room which is very off-putting. Perhaps they need to better organise where they do their manicures away from the treatment rooms to prevent this.
