Each time I return to this spa I feel more disappointed. The treatment room is dirty and some of the staff are unprofessional. I book through Treatwell and they always attempt to overcharge me- I expect them to have checked my booking prior to my arrival. The reason I return to Fairmount is because the wax itself is done well.

Very welcoming and efficient staff. I particularly thought the facial tratment was carried out professionally. For my liking I would have preferred slightly more lighting although I realsze it was part of the ambience.

My Friend and I had a spa day, with three treatments each. Staff were very accommodating when I wanted to change one of the advertised treatments. Overall it was an excellent experience; lunch was lovely and the massage was amazing! A few things that could be improved included communication on the day; we weren't quite sure what was going to happen at what time. Whilst the spa facilities (private steam room and jacuzzi) were lovely prior to our treatments, I personally enjoy relaxing after a massage also and being able to use the facilities afterwards would've been a bonus, as would have having the option to shower before manicures. We also had to pay an extra £10 each for gel manicures, as opposed to normal ones, despite the treatment advertised saying gel manicure.
