Nice facial however the walls are thin so people getting their nails done next door were loud and i could hear the entire conversation -made it difficult to relax. However, on arrival I was told that one of the boss hadn't turned up to work that day meaning they had to turn people away who arrived with appointments which I think is ridiculous! Also, during my facial, she left for 20mins to go thread someone else eyebrows (who was the boss' client) and the whole thing just felt stressful as the staff seemed very pressured by what happened.
