When going for a facial anywhere I am used to receiving a cleansing/ exfoliation first and a facial massage as part of the treatment but on this occasion non of this happened and most of the time was spent putting a machine to my face which made a not so relaxing sound and I was not expecting this. To add to my disappointment my skin looked exactly the same when I left. I wish the facial I had chosen was explained in more detail on the site ( it isn't written anywhere that it is mainly done with a machine) also it was advertised as using Elemis products on the site but on the day the beautician used another brand I had never heard of. When asked she told me that it was a better brand then Elemis...
Not to sure what to think of it all. I might give the venue another go with a different treatment to check as it is always full when I go passed the fairmount spa so they seem to be doing some things well.

Absolutely loved my package here - got the full pedi, mani, facial and massage with the wonderful Ely (sp?). I never felt rushed, and the staff was so lovely at all times, and despite it being a very busy day for them, they fit in an extra treatment for me. I'd highly recommend, even if it means having to cross London for 45 minutes to get there (like I did)!
