I was made to feel very comfortable when visiting Fairmount Spa. I was seen straight away, and the waxing was done quickly and efficiently. There was no pain, just some stinging on the sensitive areas such as ankles. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be using again on the future.

Had bikini & full leg waxing. Decent experience overall but, when it came to bikini waxing, my Beautician insisted on applying extremely hot spatula wax which was surely going to burn my bikini area skin (extremely sensitive) had I not repeatedly asked her not to apply that wax type more than once. At first she didn't take my point. Luckily, though, after much insisting from my side, we got on better. I just wish she'd accommodate me with no need for me to keep repeating the same issue.
