Overpriced treatment, the facial was very painful as she tried taking out the black heads. I was left crying! Overpriced for what it is!

The Turkish bath left my body skin quite smooth and consisted of: steam room access, exfoliation, soap and mud mask. However, not great to have been called to reschedule the appointment twice. I have been told on the phone that the oil massage is an optional of 50£,which was not clear when I booked the treatment.

Booked a luxury manicure where there was no mention of shellac at all. Just classic manicure with extra treatments like hand mask or parafin wax.
No extra treatment as been offer or given, got my classic manicure.
I pre paid the £28 then the beautician advises me at the end it only cost £15
I accept the fact Treatwell takes some commission but the double price and without the extra treatment I was looking for, I find it outrageous tbh
