Very dissapointed, I should've left.First thing I noticed was how dirty everything was, from towels to the sink and all the containers. The treatment was very poor, I can scrub my feet way better. Girl left so many times to answer the phone, talk to other people that she lost the count how many coats of polish applied on which nails. Cherry on top was when I saw they used the same utensils on the next customer without being cleaned and sterilised. Disgusting, will not return and not recommend.

The ladies were lovely and they worked very hard 2 make the experience pleasant 4 us. The facial was very basic, using the tools to clean pores on nose caused agonising pain, face towels smelled. The facilities where not well cleaned. No cleaning staff so the 3 ladies had 2 do everything themselves & you can't achieve great cleanliness if you have 2 service clients as well. The show peace which was their fish tank was also neglected like the rest of the facilities. This cost us £300. Small sauna
