The Turkish bath soak and body scrub were great, and staff were lovely. But the description of the treatment clearly said there was a massage included when I booked and there was definitely not. Pretty disappointing as I would have booked something else if I had known.

Appt started 15 minutes late, despite being the first client of the day; and didn’t close the door so no sense of privacy. Waxed against hairgrowth direction for my underarms and missed a patch on my legs I had to do myself.

Abit noisy -could hear people chatting, and taking calls whilst having a massage. The masseuse did shut the door halfway through, which was also distracting.

Great convo and made me feel comfortable but wax was too hot which made my skin more sensitive then usual and hair growing back faster, always had a great service with Dora no issues when it’s her.
