The name Venus freeze does not mean it's cold/freezing ice... no ! it's to the contrary it's heat & scary heat. The treatment consists of the lady assistant doing the process. She was very tired.. She burnt my eyelid. ! I was not expecting to be scared in my treatment but was ! If i said something whilst she was in process of doing the treatment & burnt me... I felt like half my face was done & the other half was not. So i had to feel brave & let her finish. but was scared :( !

I arrived to be told that the appointment booked 10 days previously had been cancelled because they had no availability and that I had been contacted so I should have looked at my phone. I had done this and had not been contacted. Very rude staff.

after a lot of confusion was made to wait an hour before i could receive treatment, was left with wax all in my hair, the manger rolled in whenever she felt like it leaving one person managing everything

On the menu, you will see all of their 13 Pamper Spa day packages from which you're guaranteed to find one which fulfils all your beauty needs Their Gold and Silver packages are all at 40% discounted values. The price for Spa days start from £65.

We do not promiss availability of within store appointment times, when booking up-to two days before on Treatwell. Please contact the salon directly to confirm your booking once you have booked on Treatwell to ensure your appointment is booked, before you make your way. Our instore booking system is usually fully booked on weekends.

We have 24hr cancellation policy. We are closed on Bank holidays.
