Overall a good experience, I will go again. I was kept waiting for a while but I am pleased with the results of my wax. The facilities are very basic and could do with a bit of investment but the lady that did my wax was lovely and made me feel very at ease.
I was less satisfied with my threading, total shape change and left with odd brows and much thinner than they were before with untidy hairs still present.

The lady who trimmed my hair was very gentle and very thorough, asking me every step of the way and making sure I was happy at the end. Quick, efficient and lovely, will definitely be back! Thank you!

The lady that did my eyebrows completely messed them up, she completely changed my shape (when all I wanted was a tidy up), the one side was thicker than the other and the tint wasn’t put on smoothly, so after removing it, I had patches every where. I then had 3 other ladies try and fix them for me. In the end I walked out with them looking “alright” but I now have much thinner eyebrows, which I’m not pleased about.
