No separate room, just curtains to separate customers, I could hear people coming in and out which meant I could not relax. Facial was ok but massage lasted no more than 5 minutes. Overall, the experience lasted 45 minutes instead of 75 minutes but I guess you get what you pay for.

Fatima was lovely, reassuring as we know ladies this is an intimate task but wasn’t made to feel awkward at ease straight away, great advice for after care and pretty pain free (definitely the least painful waxing treatment I have received to date) I would recommend brilliant value for money too!
