Had a Hollywood wax here a month ago and it went well. Decided to have it done again and a different person waxed me but left lots of wax on my skin even after I told her to make sure she took it off. She also missed out some hairs which was annoying as I have paid for a service to have all the hair removed. I felt the appointment was rushed and the therapist did not put much effort in my treatment. I will come back but request I have the same person who waxed me the first time.
