I have only had great experiences previously. However, I was really disappointed this time. My eyebrows are a mess and my skin is stained from the dye. I had to ask to take it off early as it was so dark. The dye was also applied after my eyebrows had been shaped, so my skin was really exposed to the dye.
I also requested a hot wax only, and strip wax was used in places which I had asked not to be.
Sadly I was disappointed this time.

I asked for Brazilian but she took off all the hair at the top and left the bottom? She apologised I think it was lack of knowledge but this place is usually really good!
