First and last time using this particular beautician. I've been here many times before with no complaints.
I had waxing Hollywood and under arm. The whole process was very painful and felt rushed.
I admit I had extra growth than usual but that was brutal.
I will revisit but will stick with Riz in the future!!!

They called to cancel 10 mins before my appointment- I had a babysitter to look after my children so I could come. No obvious way of getting a refund despite having paid in advance. Have emailed Treatwell, no answer yet . . .
