Booked in with Riz (who is fantastic) but ended up being seen by another lady. The wax was painful and have come away with ingrown hairs already and wax left on my skin. She also double dipped the stick which is very unhygienic. Disappointed as usually this is a brilliant salon - will make sure I’m seen by Riz in future.
