When I book I did not have information that they are doing upperlip waxing. They have a board as they do threading but they don’t. I booked thinking I would pay a price and in the shop I pay the amount on them board plus VAT. The price should have VAT included when I booked and in the shop.

I had to wait for 45 mins for my appointment, I realise it was a busy day but I had to arrange childcare to come to the appoinment and so it was a frustration, as they were running so late I didnt even have time to have my hair washed which was annoying as I had paid for a wash/cut and blow dry. Another lady came in at the same time as me and said she had an appoitment to get to so she had priority over the 1 basin. Also there is no one to greet you so its all a bit chaotic.
