The venue and atmosphere was good , really clean . The only issue was with the hair colouring and balayage , my experience was horrible, paid more than £100 for hair that I could’ve dyed myself at home and gotten better results, came to the hairdressers 3 times to get it fixed and still didn’t get good results. Bad place for colouring for really dark hair

syeda was so lovely! made me feel so comfortable as she knew i was scared if the pain and i can honestly say pain was less that i has ever felt it because of her technique so thank you so much syeda i will be back in 4 weeks to see you like you said.
