l'm uncomfortable with the COVID precautions. Only face masks were worn for the hour & under the nose- despite my requesting otherwise. Virus is spread within 1minute of face to face talking without PPE, & 15 mins of treatment without talking, if correct PPE not worn- need mask and visor! I recommend the staff inform themselves through the gov.uk to make it safe for staff and clients. The micro itself was thorough, was not followed by a hydrodermabrasion as detailed under the treatment booking
