Riz was very friendly and professional and the service was quick and efficient which - I won't say waxing is pain-free because it isn't - meant it really was as painless as it could possibly have been! I love that Fahmina's is women only as it makes it a really accessible environment for this type of treatment.

I went for a quick trim (one inch) and made this clear. I got a total restyle which I didnt ask for. Hairdresser rushed and took 3-4 inches off. Didn't blend front with back and left hair all different lengths at the back. Went to another hairdresser locally to tidy up the mess and they were mortified. The worst experience in 25 years of hair cuts. Receptionist additionally interrupted hairdresser multiple times and made inappropriate comments to clients, oh dear.
