Had to wait 30 mins on arrival due to a late customer before me,found the staff to be apologetic and friendly but the wait was too long on top of that had another 20 min wait after the Hollywood to have the lip wax,they were kind enough to do last minute eyebrow threading

I have come here several times but last time I noticed my leg wax seemed to break a lot of hairs which meant they grew back a lot faster. It's a shame as I don't like leaving bad reviews and the bikini wax was fine. While my beauty therapist did ask me to check the legs etc it is quite hard to see while the skin is irritated and it must have just been the waxing motion that didn't get the hair fully out. Good service but on this occasion the wax left me unsatisfied.
