Maly ruined my hair- damaged the ends completely despite the fact there was already bleach there. Didn’t give me the look I wanted at all! Didn’t ask me what I wanted and went straight into doing my hair — had to stop her and tell her what I wanted. Blowdry curls came out within three seconds of leaving the salon. She yanked my hair disrespectfully during the blowdry & explained it was normal? She overcombed my hair- leading to EXCESSIVE BREAKAGE. Wouldn’t recommend for the so called “balayage”
