Turned up for my 1 hour appointment. Ana was busy with another client. The other lady stepped in. She complained about how she had to rush as her client was waiting and she was doing her and I a favour. Both leg and Hollywood wax was awful, rushed, painful and aggressive. I have been coming to the salon for over 5+ yrs and never experienced anything like it. Worst wax I have ever had, I will be calling to speak to Fahmina in the morning. Disappointing
