My root colour treatment was passed onto a colleague (who may have been new, or learning) without asking or mentioning the change to me.
Having asked for a long lasting treatment, after 4 washes, 2 at the salon, my appearance was similar to when I arrived to have it done.
My cut was fairly acceptable …
