Unfortunately I never got this treatment. I arrived on time and was asked to sit. After 15mins I asked how long it would be before I was seen. I was told another 20mins at least as the lady was busy. Normally if they are running late they call but this time I was left and no information was offered at all. I could not wait the 30-45 mins and so left.
I am really disappointed as I use this salon all the time and it’s normally very good. This was a disappointing experience
