Disappointed in service received, I have contacted the Salon to seek rectification before posting a negative review and unfortunately have not received a response. attended the salon for a full head colour & cut on dark brown hair seeking a dark brown warm hair colouring. The stylist selected what colour would achieve that, this did not blend with my hair colour at all and I left with light brown roots that I looked like I hadn’t even had my hair dyed. The hair cut received is uneven and blocky

i booked an appointment with fahmina, but it was with another lady, and i was not told of this change. the wax itself was alright, but hina made a comment that made me uncomfortable about how much hair there was and her tone wasn't very pleasant when saying that. ive been before, and both times i havent been made to feel welcome and comfortable so i dont think i will be returning.
