The worst salon I have ever visited, absolutely appalling service. I booked in for a long layer haircut and the hairdresser quite literally hacked at my hair. I really question whether this hairdresser is qualified as she had no idea what she was doing & unfortunately ruined my hair that I took 2 years to grow. I’ve had to get a bob.
Please do not book to get your hair cut here. Absolutely appalling. I will try to attach photos.

Bad experience with hair color. Different brand from what I requested till I pointed it out. Ended up with so much black colour tint on my ears, neck and forehead. Washed 2 times over last 3 days and still not 100precent gone. At 37£ for roots, not cheap either. I would rather go to a more professional place for hair. I did have better experiences at the salon before for colour, threading and waxing. Probably a one-off but I wouldn't take a chance esp with colour/anything hair related next time.
