Overall I was a little disappointed with my visit. When I arrived on time for my appointment, the salon was closed and I had to wait outside 10 minutes for someone to arrive and open the door. I wasn't offered a drink, and there was no music/radio or magazines. The Balayage was disappointing as the bleach was not blended towards the roots and the colour was more yellow than I would have liked - I asked for very light ash blonde. I've bought a toner to use at home to try to fix it.
