The last few times I’ve visited time-keeping has been a huge problem. On my last visit no-one was on reception and I waited 15 mins past my appointment for someone to show up. I was not the only person waiting - someone else needed their eyebrow dye removing. I was shown to my room and waited there for another 5+mins before my treatment began. Partway through another therapist tried to enter the room (I was naked waist down). My therapist did her best; clearly management/scheduling is an issue.
