I specifically asked not to have my hair blow dried but they went ahead anyway and burned my head by holding the hairdryer on the same spot for far too long every single time. The cut itself is reasonable but I felt like the hairdresser didn't want to be there, she was very rough with my hair despite it being a simple trim and I sadly I won't be returning. I have had good cuts with other stylists in the past.
