The venue had a calm and professional atmosphere. It was my first wax so I’d hoped for more guidance throughout on breathing to help with pain. Overall, the pain wasn’t as bad as I expected but I did get a nick on the bottom of my labia/vaginal entry due to wax being accidentally applied there. Took a couple of days to heal. Though, the beautician was super friendly and she is the reason I’d rate this place higher.
