the place is not clean. waxer didn't wear gloves, her nails dug into my skin when pulling skin taut. really rough handed and left hairs. used strip wax after hot wax and still left hair.

Unfortunately my facial was not up to its usual standard today. It was lazy. I paid for brightening facial which included white head removal which wasn’t done. I paid for an hour facial and was told we were done after 45 mins, half of those minutes were spent leaving me with a face mask on. I’m very disappointed, frustrated and angry. I spent my hard earned money here and expect a good service in return.
