The reason why I think the treatment was ok is because I’ve had head massages before and it was a little underwhelming for me. Started off well, therapist was friendly , however there was no neck and shoulder massage which is essential in order to make the client feel relaxed and rejuvenated when they leave the appt. In terms of the hair treatment that was fine, scalp felt super clean and hair felt soft after appointment.

Got the Japanese head spa & absolutely loved it! Fahi was so lovely , very attentive and thorough also very welcoming. Will be definitely booking more services.

Was an amazing experience would definitely highly recommend and will definitely will be going back there again. Fahima was very professional and friendly and made me feel very welcome and relaxed the head massage and wash was absolutely heavenly, leaving my scalp feeling deeply stimulated and completely relaxed.
